The party, named "Come Together", was themed after the beatles, Frank's favorite band. All the tables are named with the band's album while Frank's picture was edited into the Beatles Band tarpaulin. All the songs were Beatles. The best part: food was delicious and overflowing.
It was an emotional event. Tears fell when the AVP played showing Frank, and vid messages of some people he has worked with. And more tears fell when Frank gave out his speech. I have expected this to happen knowing Frank being one of the most sensitive men I know. He himself broke his momentum when he somewhat choked on the tears he has been refusing to shed.
After the formal program has been done, it became much more fun as people started dancing and photographers are going everywhere to take pictures. The managers, although dressed in their cocktail and semi-formal do was up to putting their hair down.
It surely was a fun night and has made Frank special.

Firstly, congratulations on your job offer. Cadetship Program of MWC is one good experience.
During our time (3 years ago), it took about a month after the last interview before they had the actual job offer. Also, after the job offer, there is a week for all documents to be sorted out before the actual cadetship training. I don't know the exact timeline for now.

Thanks! My worry though is that I'm afraid they will take their offer back since wala pang contract-signing so far. Or I guess I'm just being paranoid.
Since I'm anonymous anyway, I'd like to be honest. I'm already working with a multinational corporation but I'm profoundly dissatisfied with my current role, so I decided to take this training opportunity with MWC. The HR told me my pay will definitely be lower compared to what I'm getting now. I said it's okay because getting good experience is more important to me. However, since I will be bonded for 2 years after the training, I'm a little bit scared about the compensation side of things. I mean, will the salary be the same for the entire 2 years? That would be difficult to swallow, even though hats off ako dun sa experience na makukuha ko.
Salary raise is dependent on your performance. So is the bonus. MWC is a fair company because performance is based on metrics and targets.
